WW3·COMMANDERWIKI

First session

How to play — first 15 minutes

You start with $200 and a short spawn shield. This path chains economy → anti-air → pirate islands using numbers already verified on this site — not a vibes guide.

The order that actually works

Income is the multiplier. Defence protects the multiplier. Pirate islands fund the next upgrade without inviting a counterattack. Missiles aimed at players come last in minute fifteen, not minute two.

Claim free cash and free anti-air

Top-right FREE button → Likes & Join. Like the game → Join the WW3 Command HQ group → Claim from the FREE button. Reward: $10,000 cash + 3x AP 110 anti-air. That is $60,000 of anti-air before you have earned a cent.

Start the economy, not the war

Open the worker hire screen. Your first Builder costs Free and auto-fills building plots. Next, buy a Build Repairman at $5K — broken buildings produce no gold, and this is the highest-return early purchase on the site.

Full economy guide →

03 · 5–10 min

Fill plots before buying prestige weapons

Income multiplies every later decision. A fresh spawn sits near 6.7 $/s; a full base with level 6 builders has been measured at 3,116.7 $/s. Missiles can wait — empty plots cannot compound.

Place anti-air while the spawn shield lasts

Anti-air and anti-sea share one 20-slot cap. The free AP 110s already cover ground at 350 radius. When you spend cash, value favourites like AP 150 lead the category on DPS per dollar. Keep turrets central so coverage overlaps; put buildings forward as a buffer.

Farm pirate islands, not rivals

While the shield holds, lock cheap missiles onto pirate islands. Destroy payouts land in five observed tiers ($500, $2K, $5K, $20K, $100K) with no counterattack. Island hits also progress the daily “Destroy buildings 50 times” quest for $10K.

Common opening mistake

Buying KA 47M at $200 to snipe a player base. At 40 DPS against a covered island that is a rounding error, and the cash would have compounded in buildings instead. Farm islands if you need something to shoot.

When you are ready for tools

Use the defence planner once you have a real budget and empty defence slots. Use the income calculator when you care how long a Vulcan or mid-tier missile actually takes — top measured income is 7,355 $/s, and most early sessions sit far below that.

Questions

Beginner FAQ

How do you play WW3 Commander as a beginner?

Build income first, cover the base second, farm pirate islands third, and only then spend serious cash on missiles for players. The FREE button, a free Builder, a $5K Build Repairman, and island farming are the first-session backbone.

Should I buy anti-air or missiles first?

Anti-air first if you have free or cheap slots to fill — the FREE reward already hands you three AP 110s. Early missiles into a defended player base are a rounding error; the same cash into buildings multiplies everything that follows.

What is the first purchase after free rewards?

Build Repairman at $5,000. The hire screen states that broken buildings produce no gold. Protecting income beats buying a second starter missile.

What is the best WW3 Commander layout for air defense?

Centre AP-line turrets for 350-radius coverage, space expensive pieces so they do not sit on the same tile, and put buildings forward as a buffer. Anti-air and anti-sea share 20 slots — filling gaps beats three prestige turrets with holes.

Asked under every guide video

The questions nobody answers

These come from the comment sections of the most-watched WW3 Commander guides, where they go unanswered. Where we can confirm something we say so; where we cannot, it is labelled a player report rather than dressed up as fact.

What is the maximum builder level?

Level 13, which unlocks the Quantum Lab — the highest-value building a builder can place.

Builder levels raise both what a builder can construct and how fast it works, and each level adds roughly ten seconds to the build cycle. Level 13 is the ceiling; a full base of level 13 builders is where the top measured income figure on this site comes from.

How do I get the Gold Mine?

It is a 320 Robux shop item, not an in-game unlock. There is no cash price and no free route to it.

The Gold Mine produces 1,500 every six seconds — a flat 250 per second — and cannot be destroyed by other players, which is what makes it attractive on a base that keeps getting bombed. It also unlocks the Mine Repairman hire, which is otherwise greyed out. Nothing in the daily quests or online rewards grants it.

Why does only one of my Vulcans fire at incoming missiles?

Overlapping turrets share targets rather than stacking damage. Two turrets covering the same spot mostly duplicate coverage instead of doubling it.

Players repeatedly report placing two high-tier turrets side by side and watching only one engage, or watching turrets hold fire until a missile is nearly on top of the base. Spreading turrets so their radii overlap at the edges rather than sitting on top of each other gives you more total engagement time. We have not been able to measure the exact targeting rule frame by frame, so treat the placement advice as practical rather than proven.

Confidence: Player report

Does having friends in your server give bonus money?

Players report a small income bonus for having friends online in the same server — commonly quoted at +5%.

This comes up often enough in guide comments to be worth listing, and it lines up with a common Roblox tycoon pattern. We have not confirmed the multiplier against the game UI ourselves, so it is here as a player report rather than a verified number. It does not change the core advice: builder levels move income far more than a lobby bonus does.

Confidence: Player report

Can I move, delete, or disable a building or builder?

There is no verified delete, move, or “fire this builder” control. Plan placements as if they are final for the session.

Comments keep asking how to delete a $90 Farmstead, disable extra builders, or undo a bad plot. We have not seen those buttons. What players do report: once all fifty plots are full, higher-level builders replace lower-value buildings as they work. That is not the same as a delete key, and it is still a player report. Do not spend Robux or restart an account trying to undo a Farmstead.

How do I change my country flag?

This is the single most-asked question under WW3 Commander videos, and no public source shows a working method.

We are listing it because the demand is real and every other guide quietly skips it. We have not found a flag selector in any footage we have reviewed, and we are not going to invent steps for one. If it exists it is either tied to a menu we have not captured or to a future update — and we would rather say that than guess.

What is the best layout / best air defense placement?

Centre the turrets so their 350-radius AP coverage overlaps the plot, put buildings forward as a buffer, and do not stack two prestige turrets on the same tile.

Google autocomplete keeps asking for “best layout” and “best air defense.” The shop numbers say the cheap AP line covers more ground than Vulcan. Players then report that two Vulcans sitting on top of each other only fire one at a time. The layout that matches both facts is: fill empty slots with AP units first, space high-health pieces so their radii kiss at the edges, and keep the 20-slot anti-air / anti-sea cap in mind. Use the defence planner if you have a budget number to spend.

Which missile is the best rocket to attack with?

For cash, the starter missiles buy far more damage per dollar; the expensive ones buy radius and burst. There is no single “best rocket” — only best for the job.

KA 47M through the mid-tier line is what you fire at pirate islands and undefended plots. The top cash missiles exist because a 56 radius is harder to cover than a 16 radius, not because they are efficient. Peace Keeper (480 Robux) sits outside that ladder at 10,000 DPS. If someone just asked “best rocket,” they usually mean the cheapest missile that still hits the thing they are aiming at — start there, then open the missile table.

How do I reload a warship? Is it one-time use?

The shop sells warships as permanent units with DPS and health. We have not seen a reload bar or ammo count in any verified footage.

This question showed up under the latest money-farm videos, often next to Robux ships. Specter through Talon are cash purchases; Obsidian is 999 Robux. Nothing in the shop UI we captured describes a reload or a one-shot hull. If a ship stops firing, that is not a mechanic we can document yet — do not spend Robux assuming it restocks like a missile crate.

Confidence: Seen in game

Can I get Robux ships (Obsidian / Hornet) without spending Robux?

No. Those two have no cash price. Daily quests and the FREE panel do not grant them.

Obsidian is 999 Robux. Hornet is listed at 399 and drops to 320 with Premium. Players in comments keep asking for an alt-account or “another way.” There is not one in the shop we verified. The cash navy tops out at Talon for $220 million — which is also why some comments call it “220 billion.” That number is $220M, not $220B.

What are all the buildings in WW3 Commander?

Fifty plots. Confirmed unlocks: Farmstead (level 1), Ironworks (4), Office Building (5), Central Business Tower (6), Quantum Lab (13). Levels 2 and 3 are still blank.

Autocomplete now asks for “all buildings.” The builder ladder is the building list — each level unlocks a more valuable structure, and five builders fill the 50-plot cap. We never saw levels 2 and 3 in footage, so those names stay empty rather than guessed. Gold Mine is not a builder unlock; it is a 320 Robux shop item that sits outside the fifty plots and cannot be destroyed.

Confidence: Seen in game

Which missile is the fastest? How do I fire them all at once?

The shop does not list speed, and we have not found a documented “fire all” button. We publish damage, radius and health — not flight time.

Guide comments ask which rocket is fastest and how people dump a whole salvo. Nothing in the captured shop UI shows a speed stat or a salvo toggle. If someone dumped a wall of missiles on you, that is volume they had in the 100-missile hold, not a hidden fire-all key we can document. Camera-follow is the same story: players ask how to track a missile in flight; we have not captured a dedicated follow control.

Confidence: Seen in game

Should I leave the server when I get attacked?

Players report that leaving mid-fight puts you in a state where neither side can attack. We have not verified that penalty against the UI.

Money-guide comments treat “just leave” as the anti-air substitute. That may stop the current barrage; it is not a private server, and the next join still drops you into a six-player lobby. The reliable protection remains coverage on the plot. Treat the leave-penalty rumour as a player report until we can see it in a menu or a recapture.

Still stuck on something?

The questions we get asked most outside this list are whether private servers exist, whether there is an official Discord or Reddit, and how to get the Gold Mine. Short answers: no private servers, no official Discord or subreddit, and the Gold Mine is 320 Robux with no cash path.
